Supervision

Master Your Coaching

The world did not wait for coaches, mentors, and supervisors to emerge as helpers. Parents, partners, teachers, friends and other close and trusted people have been playing this role for centuries.

The difference today is that practitioners who choose to help others enhance their life are succeeding in having their services acknowledged as crucial for personal and professional development. Established professional bodies such as the EMCC Global and the ICF are key in driving this.

Being an accredited Master Coach and Mentor, and Supervisor, I actively recommend fellow professionals to continuously grow with supervision – for their own benefits and those of their clients, and in the interest of the wider environment.

I hold myself accountable in working against the highest standards in the profession, dedicating +300 hours a year to developing myself and mastering my craft. In that sense, I find the 7-eyed coaching supervision model to be particularly effective.

I believe that coaching, mentoring, and supervision are key facets that support individual, organisational, and systemic growth. My supervision approach covers all functions, namely formative, restorative, and normative – all inspired by the long-standing practice and knowledge acquired in my career, including as an assessor for the EMCC Global individual and training provider accreditations at the highest level.

Practitioners who specialise in coaching and mentoring individuals with particular needs such as neurodivergence-focused supervision require dedicated supervision – especially as there is little established research or best practice on coaching and neurodiversity. Professor David Clutterbuck, co-founder of the EMCC Global, and I share that same vision: we offer a safe space for professionals, neurodivergent themselves and/or working with neurodivergent clients, to work and develop their clients’ potential effectively and sensitively.

“Francoise has been working with me as a coaching supervisor for several years. I very much appreciate her supportive, patient and insightful approach, along which Francoise brings a broad wealth of knowledge and experience, an effective combination. Her supervision helps me to reflect deeply on my own approach to coaching and gives me different perspectives which I hadn’t considered before. This enables me to develop as a coach for my own benefits and those of my clients in a more systemic way. Therefore, I highly recommend working with Francoise.”
