Leverage Your Neurodivergence
Ever felt like you are not heard or seen, in the office or at home? Or dismissed when you had a clear, efficient, courageous and yet fair solution in mind – acting as a leader – but didn’t get the opportunity to implement or even share it with your boss, your colleagues, your friends, or your family?
At the same time, do you often find yourself bringing together people who would not normally rally behind a similar vision? Are you skilled at blending in, but at a high inner cost?
If the above resonates with you, traits like ADHD, high sensitivity, high sensation seeking, or giftedness may well define you. They are referred to as ‘neurodivergence’, or ‘neurodiversity’ at times.
Science is only slowly touching on those, and it will only go one way moving forward: greater understanding, more acceptance, and ultimately fuller use of those often overlooked key skills, in life and at work. And by the way, there is an estimated 20% of the population considered as ‘neurodivergent’.
Marshall Goldsmith, one of my mentors and the only Thinkers50 two-time winner as the World’s Most Influential Leadership Thinker, wrote the book ‘What Got You Here Won’t Get You There’. You may well have been successful so far, but it does not necessarily mean you have a clear plan to keep developing and reach your next life chapter.

Actions speak for themselves
“I found Françoise extremely business focused with a ‘can-do’ attitude that helps drive leadership development. She is very responsive and has shown to be able to help remove personal obstacles that stand in the way of starting up new business initiatives. I do really recommend her, especially for her experience, backed by uncanny intuition and inexhaustible energy which would demonstrate her competence to any organization expecting to leverage strategic projects.”
