Wholesome decision-Making
Today’s society drives us to rely almost solely on cognitive functions and understanding situations – we are programmed to trust our brain. Nature is beautiful and our body is complex, tapping into various resources such as the heart, the gut, and the respiratory system – in other words, our emotions, feelings, and vibrations.
This alchemy within self is crucial when triggered by something pleasant – or not – such as a conversation, a glance, or an event in order to make an informed decision that will be beneficial in the long term. Both levels of awareness, cognitive and emotional, need to be involved and integrated when it comes to making life-changing decisions.

And even the above may not always be sufficient. We all live in several environments and systems at the same time, as partners, employees, colleagues, friends, groups, teams nationals, and community members – think of it as planet Earth as a whole, made of many different but interconnected elements all impacting on one another.
Awareness is about having the full experience of ‘what it is’, awareness as a whole, to make informed decisions for a bright future beyond hope. As Rumi says, it starts with self: ‘Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.’
“Working with Francoise dramatically improved my decision-making process and self-awareness. She guided me to explore my values and motivations in a way that perfectly suited my character, enabling me to become a far more effective leader.”
